Our standard reaction time to a service event is 24 hours, 7 days a week, from the moment of reporting the breakdown. Upon agreement with the customer and based on a service contract, we are able to provide for a shorter reaction time. We have service branch offices in Dobranov near Česká Lípa and in Brno, our mobile team is trained and disposes of a storage of spare parts.
It is our sixth sense to prevent breakdowns. Upon agreement with the customer, we carry out preventative service checks, which reduce the risk of breakdowns. Further on, we offer long-distance diagnostics to our customers, which reduces the risk of breakdowns very effectively, also reducing the time to remove the breakdown. As soon as the equipment diagnoses the risk of an error, this report is sent to the service technician. The service technician carries out a detailed analysis of errors on-line and suggests measures to remove the breakdown.
