The traditional burning of witches took place here in Dobranov as well.

In our company, we pay special attention to the field of safety and health protection at work, on this topic the so-called "Health Day" was created, where it was devoted to general safety, fire protection, first aid, but also mental health.

We celebrate International Women's Day in Krofian! The CEO thanked and congratulated all the women for their invaluable contribution. Each of them perfectly complements our team. They received a small gift from us – pralines with a card expressing gratitude for their work and the strength they bring to the company.

We invited students from the engineering and machining field to the 2nd part of the all-day workshop, where they were introduced to the construction part of the project.

Our Endeavour team with the Krofian logo took home gold in the form of 1st place in their racing car category and 1st place in cars overall!

We invited the third year of the Mechanic and Machinist major to a one-day workshop to introduce the company, our technologies, and what precedes the creation of the entire projects.

Every last Friday of the month, the employees meet in the common areas, where they have breakfast together. We believe that this initiative makes Friday mornings more pleasant and strengthens the team atmosphere in our company.
