Customer oriented behaviour
Krofian is a Make-to-Order company. Therefore, our customers and their satisfaction always come first. We always treat our customers, both internal and external, with respect and try to accommodate them to the best of our ability.
A professional employee is the basic building block of this company. It is a person who is
a leader in their field and acts in compliance with the corporate culture and the customer’s best interests.
Professionalism also means emphasising the personal development of each individual who thus
grows with the company and holds it at a permanently high level. This requires personal involvement,
the willingness to take on assigned tasks and the will to acquire the necessary knowledge.
Teamwork is a fundamental principle of working at Krofian. This is why we emphasise team behaviour and conduct, which not only includes cooperation with colleagues but also respects the work of others.
Every employee is obliged to uphold the good name of the company at all times and to behave
in compliance with the good reputation of this company. This includes any advancement of one’s
own interests that may contradict the interests of the company.
Krofian devotes a great deal of time to new talents. We give a chance to all colleagues that have
the potential and desire to make a difference. We plan their career development and guide them in their personal growth. At the same time, we provide initial training and feedback to new colleagues based
on our training plans.

Every Krofian employee is obliged to respect their colleagues regardless of age, religion and nationality. At the same time, we require everybody to respect the opinions of others, even if they do not correspond with their own opinion. We must respect each other's personal and professional space and plan personal meetings and work matters with consideration for the individual's schedule. This includes
the timely fulfilment of one person's obligations to another, and in the event of a missed deadline,
a timely apology and a new proposed appointment.

Krofian strictly adheres to the laws effective in the country where it operates. Particular attention is paid to the principle that the company refrains from financing any political party, political activity and refuses any form of active or passive corruption.
Order and cleanliness
We pay attention to keeping all company workplaces and plant equipment clean and tidy. We are aware that high quality machines that are able to meet our customers’ needs can only be created under good conditions and with good equipment. Each individual is responsible for keeping their workplace clean both during and after the end of a shift.
We ensure our compliance with the principles of environmental protection, not only in the sorting of waste, but also by observing the correct handling of hazardous waste such as oils, emulsions etc. The company has a permanent interest in improving the quality of the environment and respects the standards set for waste, emissions etc. in its business operations.
Relations with suppliers
Our relations with suppliers are based on mutual respect and fairness. We carefully select our external suppliers. We never accept any promotional items or gifts, and in case of any occurrence of such items, we donate them to charitable organisations. We perceive this as an important signal against corruption.
Relations to competitors
Krofian has a strong but fair competitive position. We pride ourselves on our fair relationships and never damage the reputation of our competitors. We ensure that our employees respect business confidentiality or otherwise confidential information. The company does not attempt to obtain information about a competitor’s business in unfair manner, nor does it use restrictive business practices or abuse its market position in any form.
