We started the morning with a nutritious snack – wholegrain bread, hummus, and other healthy treats gave us the energy boost we needed and reminded us that a healthy lifestyle begins on the plate.
Physiotherapy with Iveta Janoušková
Long hours of sitting or standing at work can take a toll. Our physiotherapist showed us how to relieve pain, maintain proper posture, and guided us through a few stretching and relaxation exercises. She also shared tips on helpful tools to manage strain throughout the day.
Lecture by Mrs. Fischerová: Team Personality Types
Health isn't just about the body – it's also about relationships. Good communication and mutual understanding are the foundation of any well-functioning team. Mrs. Fischerová introduced us to various personality types we encounter in the workplace and helped us understand how to better interpret our colleagues’ behavior – and perhaps our own.
The session included an interactive segment with a team role test, which gave many of us new insights into our place within the team and how to make the most of our strengths in collaboration.
