Internal training at Krofian: full transfer of know-how

Last week, we focused on the topic of Basic adjustment of the station position - manipulator and robot. Participants were able to practically try out the adjustment "by hand" directly on the machine they work with every day.

The week before last, there was a training on the topic of Basic frame alignment and related work and assembly.

For us, internal training is not just about new knowledge. It is primarily about mutual sharing of experiences that move us forward and allow us to constantly improve our work.
