Krofian and cooperation with schools

Company exchange at the Česká Lípa Secondary Technical School
This year, we also participated in the company exchange at the Česká Lípa Secondary Technical School. We introduced the students to our company, presented them with professional practice opportunities and showed them how our production actually works. The most attention was attracted by our mini model of the production line, which we brought to the event. We also prepared a competitive quiz with prizes and small gifts for all interested parties.
We are pleased that we were able to personally meet young technical talents and answer their questions. We are already looking forward to those who have chosen us for their next school year!

Cooperation with UJEP and the Expert Council of the Dean of the FSE
Our commitment to education is not limited to secondary schools. We are proud members of the Expert Council of the Dean of the Faculty of Social Economics of UJEP in Ústí nad Labem, where we are represented by our CEO Ing. Jan Pleyer. We thus actively participate in the strategic direction of the faculty and its connection with practice.
As part of the Career Days event, we had the opportunity to introduce Krofian to university students and discuss with them the possibilities of employment in the field of industrial automation. There was great interest and we are pleased that we were able to inspire future experts in the field.
The program also included a professional lecture on the topic of process mapping, where Ing. Pleyer presented our view on effective management of corporate processes.

We enjoy education. And it makes sense.
We have long realized that young people are the engine of change and progress. We are happy to contribute to their development and look forward to further joint steps with our partners from schools and universities.
