The cooperation between our company and the Secondary Medical School and Secondary Vocational School in Česká Lípa has long ceased to be just a one-off project; it has become a tradition that grows stronger every year.

Charity and the overall effort to help accompany us throughout the year. December is no exception, so this year we once again visited the children’s ward of the Česká Lípa hospital, together with clown Jíťa, to bring at least a little joy and encouragement to the young patients.

At Krofian, we regularly exchange experience and know-how between individual departments. Each training is focused on a specific topic and a specific team, so that each participant takes away exactly what they need for their daily work.

We build on long-term relationships, and those who stay with us for many years are the best proof of this.

We used the summer not only for work projects, but also for an important modernization of our site. Since mid-July, the repair and renewal of asphalt surfaces has been underway to make the movement of vehicles and pedestrians in the site more comfortable and safe.

We decided to make this morning a little more enjoyable for our colleagues in a slightly unconventional way – we invited the Ralsko Ice Cream Parlor directly to our company.

A Friday evening at the end of May was like something out of a postcard – warm summer air, a setting sun and a glass of wine in our hands. As part of the Sunset Harvest event, we were able to enjoy an experience that we owe to the Wine Shop in Zámecká.

At Krofian, we believe that combining practice with education is the key to the long-term development of not only our company, but also the entire industry. That is why we devote time and energy to building relationships with schools and young talents - from high schools to universities.
