Every young person faces an important step in life at some point - becoming independent, starting to make decisions for themselves and taking responsibility for their lives. However, for some young people, this transition can be more challenging, which is why the Summer Experience Camp with Bobeš was created, which we decided to support with a financial donation of 60 000 Kč.

Not all career stories begin with a new start. Some of the most interesting ones arise directly within the company – when colleagues are given the space to develop their skills, accept new challenges and move forward.

We have long believed that responsible business is not only about developing a company, but also about supporting the communities in which we operate. That is why we have decided to financially support the Jiskra Nový Bor Sports Association, z.s., which brings together athletes in Nový Bor and is dedicated to both recreational and performance sports.

At the beginning of June, our company hosted another of its regular workshops for students from SZŠ and SOŠ Česká Lípa. A total of 17 students had the opportunity to learn about the process of building an assembly line and gain a deeper understanding of careers in mechanical engineering, assembly, and industrial automation.

We are committed to supporting the education and professional development of our employees. One of the key areas we focus on is the development of language skills, which are becoming increasingly important in today’s international work environment.

At the end of May, we kicked off the weekend in the best possible way – with a company barbecue. Colleagues from across the company joined us, and from the very beginning, the atmosphere was exactly what everyone hopes for after a busy workweek – relaxed, friendly, and full of laughter.

The 40th issue of our company magazine Káčko is special for several reasons. It’s not only a round anniversary, but also a significant step forward in how the magazine is created.
